How long does the delivery take?
Your order will be delivered according to the carrier and sending destination you choose when placing the order. In some cases, delays may be caused due to reasons beyond our control (customs, traffic, accidents, weather, etc.). When you have your order ready, we will send you an email informing you that you have sent your order and we will include a link to the delivery company for you to track the shipment.
How will my package be delivered?
When you place an order, you can choose the shipping option after adding all items to the shopping cart. We will ship your order by courier of your choice, and you will receive tracking information mail. You can also find all information about your order at any time by logging into my account.
What happens when my package arrives if I am not at home?
If the package does not have a recipient, the driver will try a new delivery, send your package to the neighbor's house, or send your package safely at the local post office or warehouse.
